Who these terms are with

These terms govern the use of miniwebdesigns.com and any order placed through it. The seller is miniwebdesigns, based at Kārsavas iela 39, Latgales priekšpilsēta, Rīga, LV-1082, Latvia, operating under the law of the Republic of Latvia. Contact: support@miniwebdesigns.com.

What we sell

miniwebdesigns sells fixed-price, fixed-scope web design, e-commerce, redesign, SEO, branding and website-care packages, as described on each service page at the time of order. Prices are shown in euros, exclude VAT, and are added to your cart at the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Placing an order

An order is placed by adding one or more packages to your cart and completing checkout. By completing checkout, you're agreeing to buy the package(s) in your cart at their stated scope and price. We'll treat the details you provide at checkout (contact, billing, and project information) as accurate; it's your responsibility to keep us updated if anything changes before work starts.

Scope and revisions

Each package's page states exactly what's included: the deliverables, the number of revision rounds, and the stated turnaround. Work beyond that scope — extra pages, extra products, extra revision rounds — is not included automatically. Where you'd like more than your package covers, we'll agree the extra scope and its price with you in writing before starting it; it's never added to an invoice without that agreement.

Payment

Payment is due as selected at checkout: in full, or (on eligible one-off packages of €900 and over) as a 50% deposit with the balance due on delivery. The checkout on this site is a demonstration payment flow: no card details are transmitted or stored through it, and the "simulate" payment options exist to demonstrate the checkout's behaviour. Real payment is currently completed by bank transfer, arranged after you place your order, or by another method we agree with you directly.

Timelines

Each package states an estimated turnaround (in working days) from kick-off. Timelines depend on receiving the content, assets, and feedback described on the Process page in a timely way; delays in what you provide may extend the estimated delivery date accordingly.

Cancellations and refunds

Covered in full on the Refund Policy. In short: free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before your confirmed start date; cancellations inside that window, or after work has started, are handled per the terms there.

Ownership and delivery

On completion and full payment, you own the deliverables built for your specific project (the site, its design, and any brand assets created for you), and you receive the source files and any relevant admin access. We may, unless you ask us not to, refer to completed work generically in our own portfolio without naming you as a client, and without publishing any of your confidential business information.

Acceptable use of this site

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to interfere with the cart, checkout, or any other part of the site's operation, or submitting false information through its forms.

Liability

We work carefully and to the scope agreed at order. To the extent permitted by Latvian and EU law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that specific package. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. If you're a consumer in the EU and a dispute can't be resolved directly with us, you can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and its offer change. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place an order; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
